We don’t usually use such a light weight rod in Florida, but since my buddy broke my 3 wt, I decided to try this on pan fish. I started on the Oklawaha River for blue gills. Wow! with a 3 wt line I can really pin point my cast. Using small floating terrestrials, really kills hand sized Blue Gills.
