I wish to create my own custom car spoiler using fiber glass, pls let me know how to do and what are the raw materials needed and what to be done from first to last.

and you can make a fairly ugly spoiler by carving a foam core and covering it with fiberglass mat and resin or a better looking one by making a mold, waxing it, and laying up fiberglass resin and cloth and mat inside.
On the whole, if you want something that no one will laugh at, you need to go find some basic instructions for working with fiberglass and make some practice things that will educate you at low expense.
